L’Attache Paris x FRANKFURTER NEUE KÜCHE

Let’s wrap up the year in style with the coolest kitchen party in town! Join us as we welcome Matthieu Bellaiche and Minwoo Lee from L’Attache Paris to DANZIG AM PLATZ. They’ll be bringing the vibes with a delectable seven-course Korean-inspired menu and, of course, a selection of their top-notch natural wines. Straight from the chic streets of rue Basfroi to the laid-back atmosphere of Frankfurt’s Ostend.

Starting at 7 pm, Minwoo will be cooking up a storm alongside Simon and Michele. Meanwhile, let Matthieu take you on a journey through his surprise-packed natural wine collection. Here’s the menu for you to snag straight from the kitchen:

1 Oyster | Korean spicy vinaigrette

2 Small Korean beef stock

3 Mil ssam (beef or mushroom)

4 Seafood Korea pancake

5 Spicy small octopus | stir-fried rice

6 Bossum pork belly

7 Hotteok dessert
